Strong Roots Academy is an educational brand operated by Strong Roots Eduventures Private Limited. We collect only information reasonably required for enquiries, admission, class allocation, attendance, assessment, learning plans, progress communication, student safety, offline fee records and grievance handling.
The public admission enquiry stores the submitted details in the Academy’s protected database for admission counselling, follow-up and conversion tracking. Access is restricted to authorised Academy personnel. The Academy does not presently collect online payments through this website.
We do not require Aadhaar numbers, medical information or payment details for an ordinary enquiry and ask families not to share passwords, OTPs, card details or unnecessary identity documents.
Parent & Child Data Notice
Students in Classes III–VIII are ordinarily children. A parent or lawful guardian must authorise the sharing and use of a child’s personal information for admission and educational administration. Core educational records may include admission details, attendance, assessments, teacher feedback, Individual Learning Plans, progress, safety information and offline fee status.
Use of a student’s photograph, video, work or testimonial for publicity requires separate optional permission. Refusing publicity permission will not prejudice admission or academic support.
Terms of Use
The public website provides information about the Academy, programmes, admissions and contact channels. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee admission. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape protected records, or misuse Academy content.
Academic progress depends on attendance, effort, home support and individual factors. The Academy does not guarantee a particular mark, rank or examination outcome.
Admission Terms
Admission depends on seat availability, class and batch suitability, interaction or diagnostic assessment where applicable, accurate information, acceptance of applicable policies and completion of communicated formalities. Batches are ordinarily limited to 15 students to preserve individual attention.
Parents must keep emergency and relevant health information current, ensure regular attendance, support agreed practice, and pay communicated fees through approved channels.
Fee, Receipt & Refund Policy
No website payment collection: The website and future portal do not presently accept online fee payments. Fees are paid only through offline or designated channels formally communicated by the Academy. Authorised staff may later record fee status and receipts in the portal.
Parents should retain official receipts. Refund or adjustment eligibility will follow the written fee schedule communicated for the relevant programme and applicable law.
Data Rights & Grievances
A parent or lawful guardian may request correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of optional consent, account assistance or review of a privacy concern, subject to reasonable identity verification and applicable law.
